If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we are happy to to refund, replace or offer store credit for the value of the goods purchased, excluding postage costs. Goods should be returned in original packaging and in an un-used condition at customer's expense.
Please email us for returns form which we will email to you and ask for it to be included in the parcel with your returned goods. Please obtain certificates of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post. Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt and we will send a refund or replacement.
